Concrete Walkway - Flagstone - Drainage

PROJECT DETAILS:

  The job requires removing a "Approx" 25'x4'x5" concrete walkway, and repouring a new walkway. The 4 steps up to the house have flagstone on them.. They need to be disassempled and remortared placing the same flagstone back in place. The flagstone has come loose over the years and the steps have settled. There is only one exposed side to the steps which also had flagstone that will need to be removed and remortared. There is also a 3x6 area that currently has bushes in it that needs to be paved over it is located next to the sidewalk. 2 downspots need to be burried and run approximately 25 feet across the the yard into the ivy. This walkway is right up against the house, the purpose of the job is to eliminate water seepage through existing cracks in the pavement in to the basement and to tilt the sidewalk so that water flows away from the house. Right now water hits the walkway and runs towards the house.

Concrete drive cut out and replaced need estimate

PROJECT DETAILS:

  Have home with old drive and parking pad which needs to be cut out and replaced. Looking to have done sometime in March, so I need estimates now. Measurement is as follows: There is a parking pad which is 20 x 20ft and the drive which is two cement strips is 60ft long. Each strip is about 1.5 ft wide. The drive itself is 10ft wide.
